-Where are you based?
Matope cerámica is based in Mexico City.

-Can jewelry pieces be broken?
Yes, they are made mainly of ceramic. However with proper care these pieces can last a lifetime. The most important thing is not to drop them on the floor or hard surfaces. To avoid accidents, the ideal is to put them on and take them off on top of the bed.

-Do you take commissions and special orders?
It depends on the specific needs, stile, amount and timing, but I'm always open to consider projects.

-Do you have wholesale prices?
Yes. If you own or manage a boutique, design store, online store or are interested in selling Matope Cerámica, I will love to partner with you! Please contact me for more information.

-What if my ceramic purchase arrives damaged?
I do my best to keep all the items safely packed until they reach your hands. However, sometimes a piece may get damaged in route and there is no way I can prevent than. However, if that would be the case, please dont worry, I will assume the replacement of the pieces. If these happens with your order, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of delivrey (based on the delivery time of the shipping company) with photos of the items and packaging, so that we may process a replacement for the damaged item as soon as posible. In this case, client will be responsable of new shipping cost. Please note that I cannot make exceptions to this policy.
- What can I do if my country is not listed on the shipping international destinations?
If your country is not in our international destinations list and you are interested in receiving one of my pieces, please contact me with the delivery address and I can gladly quote shipping to your country.

-Are the glazes on the ware pieces food safe?
Yes! They are all food safe.

Are the ware pieces oven and microwave safe?
They are microwave safe. However avoid using them in regular oven or on a stovetop on an open flame. Please take care to avoid temperature shocking.
