PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is from 1 to 2 business day for existing pieces.
For special orders and commissions the processing time can vary due to production.

The processing time will be between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped,

this period necessary to pack the pieces and generate the collection guide.

Processing time is additional to delivery time.

 

NATIONAL SHIPPING (MEXICO)

Delivery time for national orders, according to parcel policies is from 2 to 4 business days.

MEXICO CITY SHIPPING

-

 

Delivery time for Mexico City orders, according to parcel policies is from 1 to 2 business days.

Mexico City orders can be recalled at Punto Cuatro, by appointment


PUEBLA AND QUERETARO SHIPPING

Delivery time for Puebla and Queretaro orders, according to parcel policies

is from 1 to 2 business days.

 


USA SHIPPING

Delivery time for USA orders, according to parcel policies is from2 to 4 business days.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery time for other international destinations orders, according to parcel policies
is from 5 to 7 business days.

please contact me and I can gladly quote shipping to your country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I don't accept returns but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I gladly accept exchanges.

-Contact me within: 24 hours of delivery 

(based on the delivery time of the shipping company)

-Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery

-Buyers are responsible for the new shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original 

condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*For special orders, unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept exchanges.

 

 

CANCELATIONS

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

 

WHAT IF MY CERAMIC PURCHASE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

I do my best to keep all our items safely packed until they reach your hands. However, sometimes a piece may get damaged en route and there is no way I can prevent that. However, if that would be the case, please dont worry, I will assume the replacement of the pieces. If these happens with your order, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of delivrey (based on the delivery time of the shipping company) with photos of the items and packaging, so that we may process a replacement for the damaged item as soon.

In this case, client will be responsable of new shipping cost.
